Without a doubt, the location of this hotel is its best aspect. It is conveniently situated near the train station and bus station, making it an excellent choice for travelers who want to explore the city or take a day trip to other parts of the region. Furthermore, this hotel is in close proximity to the Taichung night market, making it easy for me to explore the local food scene. Lastly, I would like to mention the staff, who were incredibly friendly and willing to do their best to accommodate their guests.

The hotel was close to the Taichung Park and there were good restaurants around.

We booked this hotel in our last minute. The size of the room was good, cleanliness was ok, but the air conditioning was not working really well; we and our friends who were in a different room had big problem to sleep in the first night when the temperature went up to almost 30c early on that day. The next night got better after we insisted to get a fan from them. No breakfast included and needed to pay even for coffee; not much facilities in the hotel either.

The friendly and considerate senior citizen staff, helpful receptionist, convenient location near the station and central area, efforts made by the staff to improve the hotel's appearance.

1. The picture and description is a misrepresentation. 2. The hotel is old and looks like its stuck in the 60s. The room smells like it too. Seem like there are no renovation since ever done 3. The fridge is from the 70s, broken down. 4. Room is bare minimal. 5. Although it is quite clean (if you do not mind the stains and bits and pieces here and there), it is run down it is very uncomfortable. 6. Air cond is functioning but there is no cold air. 7. No wifi only in lobby and the only available computer is dirty. 8. Avoid at all cost. 9. If you do go, do ensure you are not alone. Its spooky as well.

Conveniently located near the station, this budget hotel offers a good base for exploring the city's attractions in its Taichung area. the hotel's counter staff is friendly and provides valuable information on tourist sights. Rooms are compact but comfortable, and the bed is firm for a good night's sleep.

The hotel lacks hygiene measures, compromising the bathrooms and sheets with cigarette smells.

Staff are very kind. One lady can speak Japanese a little but no one can speak English...... Of course, They are too kind to respond to your request. So dont worry.

Stay away from this old and poorly maintained hotel. the room smells old and there is no cold air conditioning.

Great location near transportation and easy to find. The room size was generous and the staff was accommodating. We appreciated the free shuttle bus to the nearby train station. The hotel also had a water dispenser which was useful.

The bathroom was not cleaned thoroughly and there were signs of wear and tear in the room. The noise from the street below and the neighboring establishments was quite loud and made it difficult to sleep at times.
